"Ursula is the epitome of what an interior designer should be. I started the planning stages of remodeling my loft last year. I went to several design showrooms and was quickly overwhelmed with the multitude of choices. Ursula was recommended to me and when I met her, I was instantly impressed with her professionalism, organization and design sense. One of the many things that I liked about Ursula is how she listened and interpreted what I wanted into reality. The master bath and kitchen were two areas that we instantly collaborated on: she educated me on fixtures, tile and cabinetry that would work best and was spot on, with the results being spectacular. The guest bath was a bit more difficult: I had a vision of "modern" but didn't know quite what I wanted. I showed her a picture of what I liked and she told my why that particular design wouldn't work. She then found a patterned tile that was marvelous and then came up with 6 different designs and custom cabinetry that worked out better than what I originally wanted. Not all remodels go smoothly and there were a few hitches in my case but Ursula dealt with each one and was able to resolve things in a timely manner with a resolution that was perfect. Ursula was always on my side, looking after my best interest, delivering beyond my expectations and with the utmost in professionalism. With the remodel complete, I look around and cannot believe how beautiful everything turned out... it is so beautiful that I can't believe it is really my place...
